Cubs Place Steven Souza Jr. on IL, Add Hernán Pérez to 40-Man Roster

To make room for Hernán Pérez on the 40-man roster, the Cubs transferred left-handed pitcher Brad Wieck to the 45-day injured list with a left knee injury.
